Since the inception of Arabian Centres in 2002, the company has grown dynamically. Sahara Plaza was the first shopping mall to launch in Saudi Arabia. Since then, Arabian Centres now has a network of 12 operational malls and successfully manages close to one million square meters of prime retail real estate. With locations in city centres and high-density population urban areas throughout the Kingdom, Arabian Malls’ retail destinations have a combined GLA in excess of 700,000 square metres. This accounts for approximately 30% of the total mall GLA in Saudi Arabia.
